Back 2 School / School of Fish Tag

Had used the Back 2 School, School of Fish, theme awhile ago and decided to make a Clean & Simple CAS tag using the theme.

Used Tim Holtz Tag die made of Kraft cardstock for base of Tag.

Recycled 2 paint cards. Used a Glidden Paint Card that has the beach scene on it. Used a Valspar Signature Sandstone Sandcastle Paint Card which has a wonderful grainy feel to it for the Wooden Pier. VersaFine Onyx Black stamps wonderfully on the Valspar Paint Card but not found an ink that will stamp on the Glidden Paint Cards without smudging.

Used Paper Smooches Surf & Turf stamp set. Stamped the fish on blue cardstock. Attached the strip of Fish to the Glidden Paint Card in the water area. Added Enamel accents black to Fish eyes & Crystal stickles to Fish gills.

Stamped the wooden pier on the grainy Paint Card and cut it out. Stamped the Bird on white cardstock & cut out. Positioned the wooden pier on the Glidden Beach Paint Card. Used foam to pop up the Bird on the wooden pier. Added enamel accents white & stickles Yellow to the Bird.

Stamped the sentiment on scrap piece of the grainy Paint Card & cut out. Attached the sentiment to a toothpick. Snipped off at an angle each end of the toothpick. Tied some twine to the toothpick and positioned it on the Glidden Beach Card in the sand area.
