All Dressed Up Birthday Stampin' Up Card

Created this Birthday card using all Stampin' Up products.

Used SU Delicate Details Lace Tape, SU ink & dabber to give the bottom of the card a lace look. The great part about the lace tape is that you peel it off & can reuse over & over again.

Die cut the dress & jacket using 2 of the SU Dress Up Framelits. Cut the black to be a jacket by cutting at the waist and down the center. Embossed the pink dress with SU Fancy Fan embossing folder. Added 3 rhinestone gems to the black jacket. In photo the bottom gem looks a different size or not in line but it is ok in person. Stamped with SU All Dressed Up sentiment.
