Penguins & Polar Bear Winter Card

Penguins & Polar Bear Oh My! The 3 Penguins represent my hubby, daughter & I and the Bear represents our dog named "Teddy Bear." 

I did not set out to see how many challenges I could do it just seemed to come together that way. I did set out to use up some of my white cardstock & vellum scraps which I accomplished.

Created this Winter Card using new Penguin stamp & new digi I selected in a win at BugABoo, AkvBear. Used BugABoo sketch for layout which you can see below.

Cut out 2 circles with Spellbinders: one of vellum & one of white cardstock. Stamped the Penguins on vellum using Staz On Jet Black ink. Used the white cardstock circle for backing of the vellum for sturdiness. Added 3 snowflake brads.

Printed the Polar Bear digi on white cardstock. Cut out digi with my wonderful Tim Holtz scissors. Colored the nose & area around the mouth of the digi with pencil colors. Used Marvy Snow Marker on digi for snow texture. Used foam mounting tape for dimension on Polar Bear digi.

Used Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge for the white cardstock scallops

Cut the sentiment tag out of core'dinations Bright White cardstock. Stamped the sentiment tag. Added ribbon.
