I used 3 different shades of blue. Used negative cuts of Sizzix Shadow Box Numbers for '2013' blocks. Used a Spellbinder for sentiment tag. Used a Stampin' Up sentiment.
Added glitter to edge of sentiment tag.

glitter - white - on edges of Spellbinder sentiment tag

paper: core'dinations Sapphire cardstock - base,
glitter cardstock - dk blue, lt blue (looks almost white in photo but it is light blue) - texture
