Football Birthday Card

Created this Football Birthday Card using 2 different Cricut cartridges. Used Sports Mania for the football field background of Kraft green cardstock. Used Everyday Paper Dolls for the doll/person body and for the football accessories.

My Men at Work is a professional football player. I use to like watching football on tv but not much anymore. I'm not a Dallas Cowboy fan. Never was & never will be. Liked & watched football when Dan Marino was QB of the Miami Dolphins who hubby, daughter & I enjoyed the pleasure of meeting at a Touchdown for Tots event at Disney World in FL. Liked & watched football when Bob Griese was QB of the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Dolphins were Super Bowl Champions. I watch a few football games and watch the Super Bowl each yr.

Used scraps that you can see in this photo:

Kraft cardstock used for the base. Kraft green cardstock for the football field background layer. Mix of Core'dinations cardstock for the doll/person body & football accesories except for the football. Used Kraft cardstock for the Football.
Stamped doll face with Peachy Keen stamps. Stamped "Happy Birthday" sentiment on  Football. Used Tim Holtz Distress Ink walnut stain on edges of Football & Doll/Person/FootballPlayer, clothes, helmet, shoes. After all, you cannot play football without getting dirty.
