Yes, we do seem to be making similar cuts such as the window. For mine I used a Spellbinder which I find if I use a small piece of Scotch tape to hold the die in place on the paper it does not move and then fold the card at the crease line and place the backside over the top plate so it would not get cut or creased or smooshed.
