Used the Tim Holtz Dimension Cutting Pad to give the Fan Sun Bonnet July USA image a 3D look. After popping up the image I cut strips of scrapbook paper; sliding 2 pieces behind the cut out part. Added Edward USA image.
Added flag ribbon. Stamped the sentiment.
