ReplyDeleteHi Melissa. I apologize for taking so long to get back to you regarding your question about glossy accents at Anything But Cute. If you are using it as glue, then no, if you are adding it to googlie eyes on an image, then no. If you are using it as a resist for a background or to alter paper in some way, then absolutely yes, it would count as a mixed media product.
