Created this 
box by creasing it in several directions to fold it up into a box. 
Bottom is made from 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" cardstock and top is made from 6" x 6" cardstock. Heat embossed Tim Holtz sentiment on vellum. Used Sizzix photo corner dies.
