Made this birthday card using BugABoo digi, Cupcake Sprinkles, with a Patriotic Red/White/Blue theme . Colored the digi online and added Glossy accents, liquid Pearls & stickles. Stamped a Docerela birthday sentiment. Added gem stars for bling. Used a sketch which you can see below.
