Created this Clean & Simple CAS Tandem Bicycle Card using The Cat's Meow Tandem stamps. The stamped sentiment is suppose to have the look it has that makes you think the ink smudged or put extra ink where it was not suppose to and the lettering to look like it is not perfect like shown on clear pkg. Added a ribbon/bow.
