Rhiannon Fairy #3 Bday Card

Created this 3rd in a series of Birthday cards using a Wags N Whiskers stamp I won, Rhiannon. You can see 1st card by clicking here & 2nd card by clicking here. Stamped on Shimmer Sheetz for a sparkly look. Used heat tool on edges to soften the look.
