Owl Decoupage Bottle

Created this Owl Decoupage Bottle at the Dallas Stampers get together Mon 9/10/12. Hostess provided the assortment of bottles, Mulberry paper, cut up scrap assortment of cards, ribbon/trim, embellishments & ModPodge for a small fee of $2. First time for me working with ModPodge. Tore the edges of the Owl image for a distressed look that would complement the white Mulberry Paper feathery look. Used Modpodge on white Mulberry Paper starting at the neck of the 3" bottle. Then covered the remaining bottle with more white Mulberry Paper. Finally applied the Owl image & coated it with ModPodge. Added ribbon/trim and leaf embellishing for a woodsy look.

Photographed it in my Mini Magnolia Tree in backyard.
