Created this scrapbook layout using my daughter's college sophomore Japanese Art Survey class exam & report for a school scrapbook layout Daughter received As on both the exam & report. Daughter received As in all her classes for both of her Sophomore semesters (Fall 2011 & Spring 2012); making the Dean's List both semesters. She is heading back to college in 1 wk as she starts her Junior yr.
Used 12" x 12" DCWV the summer cardstock stack textured tan cardstock as Base. Made a pocket using a scrap piece to hold the Japanese Art Survey class exam & report. Used Pagoda Cricut cartridge for 4" Temple. Used scraps of black & red cardstock for the Temple. Embossed the red Temple roof pieces with the Paper Studio Mesh Texture embossing folder. Added velum to the back of the Temple for the windows. Used DCWV the summer cardstock stack textured blue for sky and green for grass. Used Tim Holtz Paper Distresser & Tim Holtz Distress Ink mowed lawn on green grass piece. Used Tim Holtz Distress Ink stormy sky on blue sky piece. Cut the word 'SOPHOMORE' from a scrap piece from the DCWV High School matstack.
