Tinsel Xmas Card

Hallmark Ornament Premier yesterday, Sat 7/15, and today, Sun 7/16. Worked closing yesterday. We sold out of several ornaments. My 2 favs I bought are: "Cozy Critters" a 1st in series which is a bird dressed for Winter and Beetlejuice "You Think I'm Qualified?" battery operated that speaks the dialogue from the movie (my daughter when young & even now can recite dialogue from movies like this).

Used die cut sentiment TINSEL as focus for this Christmas Card. See inside of card in which I used handmade tinsel made from shredded aluminum foil (aluminum foil run thru the shredder; I made sure I added a piece of paper to trap the pieces so they did not mix with the shredded paper in bin that we recycle and then shredded some paper to make sure the aluminum foil had gone all the way thru the shredder). Heat embossed a sentiment for inside of card. Used Tim Holtz sander & ink to distress the cardstock.
