MKC March St Pat Day Card

Made this card using a Miss Kate Cuttables (MKC) file, March Title. Did not use the rainbow. Stamped the sentiment on the flourish piece. When I stamp something that is not rectangle or square I use an index card and washi tape to hold the piece down inside the MISTI. The stamped sentiment has the Happy above the other words so I used some post-it note paper to keep the words from not stamping on my piece where I did not want them to stamp.

Made the shaped base using a Spellbinder die and placing the cutting plates so that the top part of the base did not cut entirely; thus giving the card it's shape.

Decorated this inside. Used a paint chip and punched shamrocks.
