Happy new year! Balloon ATC

Happy New Year 2016!

Enjoyed making this New Year Artist Trading Card (ATC). Stamped the sentiment on 2 pieces of white cardstock: one the layer with the stamped fireworks and also on another piece of white cardstock that I used an oval punch to cut out to make the balloon. Fussy cut out a small triangle piece for the balloon, added gold twine as string and popped the balloon up with foam for dimension.
