Simon Birthday Hogs N Kisses Card

Created this birthday card with a whimsy Simon stamp/die set. Added wiggle eyes. Cut a 2nd piece of balloon out to paper piece it. Added Glossy accents to the balloon. Recycled a piece of string.

paper: Colorbok Yellow Balloons Paper scrapbook  cardstock - pinks, purple,

wiggle eyes: 5mm
