Bokeh Tech Xmas Snowflakes Card

Created this Christmas card using Bokeh Technique. Used Hero Arts stamp for the bulbs that to me look like snowflakes & sentiment. Added stickles to bright red bulbs.Used same red ink to distress the edges.
