Olympic Rings Tag

Created this Tag using 2 Spellbinder Circle dies, one inside the other, to make the Olympic Rings. Used VersaMark ink with Stamp N Plus chalks to color the rings. Cut the rings & interlocked them. Stamped K Andrew Designs sentiment. Used Kraft cardstock for base of Tag. Added gold ribbon.

Hard part was making sure I had the color arrangement correct, interlocking of each correct & adhering them to the Tag with dot adhesives.

Watched Shaun White in Olympic Snowboarding last night.
Update 2/14: Disappointed that he did not medal but he is a wonderful person. Read on Internet that Shaun White had a meet & greet with 3 Make A Wish recipients that were there to watch the Olympics & he gave each of them a snowboard he had used.

  2. This is such a clever creation and I love the tribute to the Olympics. Yes- the interlocking rings seem like a simple concept, but I can totally see all of the work it must've taken to get them looking just right! The colors are a lovely combination and it's such a neat thing to pay tribute to an event like the Olympics. Great card based on a great concept! Thank you so much for sharing this with us as part of this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog!
