Created this with Snowflake Snowman theme in mind. Embossed the white paper bag with a Tim Holtz embossing folder & embossing border. Used TH Distress Inks on the embossing. Used TH Tag die to create Tag. Stamped a Whimsical Designs sentiment. Added Snowman ribbon.
