Dolphin don't Flip out wobble ATC

Created this 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" ATC using Life Is A Beach Cricut cartridge for Dolphin images. Stamped sentiment on the Dolphins. Framed the Dolphins with the red hoop. Added pearls for eyes. Added a wobble to back of blue embossed layer.

paper - cardstock - blue, gray, red, white
pearls: 2 blue for eyes
stamps: K Andrew Designs Splashtastic Summer
Stampin' Up: punches - 1 3/8" circle, 1 3/4" circle 
wobble: added to back of blue embossed layer
