Made this mostly with Lawn Fawn items.
TX is known for ranches. One of the famous ranches is Southfork used in the Dallas tv show. Located not in Dallas, TX but in Parker, TX which is 27.5 miles NE of Dallas. Tours are offered. Company I use to work for held a bbq on the grounds. Took horseback trail riding and one of the trail trips was to Southfork. A memory from that trail ride does not involve the Southfork Ranch but instead the return trip to the stables. After we arrived at Southfork, our instructor told us that the horses know their way back and some may wish to gallop back faster than others. My horse, Diablo, was the one that took off with me holding on and I managed to stay on the entire ride back. Sad news though, the next time of trail riding I was told my horse, Diablo, had died of cholic.
I crocheted the horse for daughter when she was younger.
